Eucalyptus-Rosemary Shower Spray
In addition to having a grounding, earthy aroma, eucalyptus oil has been used to reduce stress and may reduce the intensity of mood disorder episodes. Rosemary is known as a 'sacred oil' and hailed as a cognitive stimulant and muscle relaxant. It is often used to enhance other stress reduction activities. Spray this blend in the shower to add a calming aroma or to add some depth to your relaxation.
This aroma is also available as a body butter or candle! Shower Spray has a higher concentration of essential oils than the Linen Spray version.
